Business Development
About the Role
You will collaborate closely with executives and external partners to onboard users teams capital providers partners and emerging projects onto the Agent Tokenization Platform. You will engage early with projects to identify opportunities foster partnerships align product priorities with DApp requirements monitor blockchain and DeFi trends and gather stakeholder feedback to improve the ecosystem. You will also work with engineering design and marketing to support product rollouts and ensure partner needs are met.
Requirements
- 2+ years experience in business development sales finance or venture capital ideally within blockchain or fintech with focus on AI or DeFi
- Deep understanding of AI Agents AI Agent platforms launchpads blockchain technology and DeFi
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven experience structuring complex multi stakeholder partnerships
- Track record of building and scaling business development sales or partnerships teams
- Analytical problem solver with ability to prioritize features and initiatives based on customer needs and market opportunities
- Experience bridging traditional finance or Web2 business development with crypto native initiatives is a plus
Responsibilities
- Act as primary point of contact for teams exploring AI Agent opportunities and onboard them onto the Agent Tokenization Platform
- Establish connections with projects builders and blockchain communities globally to drive ecosystem growth
- Identify and leverage unique market dynamics globally to maximize the platform's potential
- Foster collaborations with projects and builders to enable partnerships and interoperable feature sets
- Attract top builders and facilitate deployments of AI Agents onto the platform
- Align product features and priorities with DApp requirements and market strategy
- Monitor blockchain industry trends to inform strategic decisions
- Collaborate with engineering design and marketing to ensure successful product rollouts
- Gather feedback from stakeholders to inform continuous ecosystem enhancements
