Business Development Lead, Fintech

About the Role

You will work directly with senior leadership to drive growth and shape the product roadmap. You will identify, pitch, and close integrations with major fintech clients, own the full sales cycle from discovery to closure, and coordinate with product and engineering to ensure successful onboarding. You will represent the company at industry events, channel market feedback into roadmap decisions, and iterate on strategies to scale partnerships in a fast-moving environment.

Requirements

  • 5+ years experience in BD or Sales within Payments and Fintech verticals
  • Proven track record of closing and scaling complex deals with fintech clients
  • Deep understanding of fintech infrastructure including wallets custody card issuing stablecoins compliance tooling and developer platforms
  • Comfortable engaging stakeholders across founders C-level and product and growth managers
  • Strategic thinker able to map fragmented fintech value chains and craft BD theses
  • High agency operator able to build 0→1 partnerships GTM strategies and partner programs with minimal oversight
  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity in fast-moving frontier markets and iterating quickly
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Define and execute strategy for fintech

  • Build compelling narratives tailored to fintech decision-makers
  • Identify pitch and close high-impact integrations with fintech companies
  • Own the full sales cycle from discovery to deal closure
  • Collaborate with product engineering and integration teams to ensure successful onboarding
  • Channel market feedback to influence product roadmap decisions
  • Represent the company at industry events and fintech conferences
  • Build thought leadership on programmable money and payments infrastructure
  • Build and maintain relationships with chains wallets stablecoin issuers and providers
  • Experiment with strategies tactics and tools to iterate and scale
