Business Development Lead, Payment Network

About the Role

You will identify, engage, and onboard key ecosystem partners including fintechs, PSPs, banks, and stablecoin issuers. You will structure and negotiate partnership agreements that drive adoption of Monad as a global settlement payments layer. You will collaborate on go-to-market execution including the marketing narrative, landing page, and early customer integrations. You will evangelize Monad to the broader crypto and fintech communities through events, partnerships, and strategic outreach. You will rapidly learn about stablecoins, payments, and settlements to inform strategy and execution.

Requirements

  • Track record closing marquee deals in fintech, payments, or traditional finance
  • Deep curiosity and knowledge about stablecoins and payments
  • Strong network or demonstrated ability to build one quickly in crypto and fintech
  • Excellent communicator and storyteller able to move between technical and business contexts
  • Comfortable taking ownership and operating autonomously
  • Based in or willing to relocate to New York City
