Business Development Lead
About the Role
You will build traction across liquidity providers trading venues and other market players. You will generate B2B leads targeting funds large accounts and crypto treasuries and design distribution strategies for wallets and exchanges. You will run growth experiments test outreach hypotheses and execute hands-on to iterate fast. You will help recruit and shape the BizDev function and coordinate with marketing and product to scale outreach.
Requirements
- Professional experience in crypto business development
- Experience in DeFi preferred
- Growth mindset and hypothesis-driven approach
- Hands-on execution and operational skills
- Experience with B2B lead generation and GTM
- Experience in zero-to-one environments and building teams
- Familiarity with crypto market segments such as funds exchanges and treasuries
