Business Development Manager, APAC

About the Role

You will build and own the APAC region from the ground up, identifying, pitching, and closing high-value commercial partnerships with game studios and publishers. You will create and manage a strategic pipeline, run disciplined deal cycles with accurate forecasting and CRM hygiene, attend industry events, nurture executive relationships, and feed regional insights into product, marketing and engineering to influence roadmap and positioning. You will operate with autonomy and speed, experiment to find what wins, and partner with leadership to evolve go-to-market strategy and identify new growth vectors.

Requirements

  • 3+ years experience in enterprise business development or sales across gaming, B2B tech, marketing platforms, or high-growth startups
  • Proven track record of sourcing, shaping, and closing large complex deals with multiple stakeholders and long sales cycles
  • Demonstrated success building greenfield pipeline in a new region or market category
  • Commercial and strategic thinking with the ability to understand studio needs and connect them to product value
  • Strong influencing and communication skills for executive-level conversations
  • Operational rigour across CRM, forecasting, and deal execution
  • High learning velocity and ability to adapt quickly to new products, markets, and customer segments

Responsibilities

  • Originate and close high-value commercial deals with top-tier studios and publishers across APAC
  • Build and maintain a strategic pipeline of high-quality opportunities
  • Execute end-to-end go-to-market motion for APAC from segmentation and outreach to negotiation and contract signature
  • Represent the company at industry events and build relationships with senior decision makers
  • Provide regional insights to Product, Marketing, and Engineering to influence roadmap and positioning
  • Run disciplined deal cycles with strong forecasting accuracy, CRM hygiene, and clear cross-functional communication
  • Partner with leadership to evolve GTM strategy and identify new vectors of growth
