Business Development Manager
About the Role
You will identify and target prospective clients using cold calling, networking, and industry events. You will qualify leads, nurture opportunities through the sales funnel, and close deals to onboard projects. You will support the growth of live projects into star projects, solve problems, and respond quickly to strategic business needs. You will manage your pipeline using CRM and Microsoft Office and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
- Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- At least 3 years of relevant working experience in the web3 industry
- Strong understanding of market research techniques
- Data analysis
- Excellent communication skills
- Presentation skills
- Negotiation skills
- Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships
- Goal oriented and self motivated
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast paced environment
- Proficiency with CRM software
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
