Business Development Manager - DeFi
About the Role
You will scan the web3 market to identify high-potential partners and be the first point of contact for leading DeFi projects. You will build and nurture relationships, qualify opportunities, and close deals that bring TVL to the protocol. You will collaborate with business development and marketing to design growth initiatives, represent the company at events, and travel as needed to build partner relationships.
Requirements
- At least 2yrs experience within a B2B DeFi company
- Experience selling technical DeFi solutions
- Web3 native using DeFi protocols every day/week
- Knowledge of DeFi concepts such as impermanent loss, Uniswap v3, LVR, deep liquidity, arbitrage and MEV
- Track record of managing partnerships and closing deals
- Comfortable in fast-paced environments with ambitious targets
- Excellent communication and sales skills
- Well-organized with strong time management and a proactive personality
