Business Development Manager
About the Role
You will coordinate with partners to ensure a healthy Farm/Syrup Pool and IFO pipeline. You will review and conduct due diligence on projects applying for Farm/Syrup Pools and IFOs and liaise with project teams to explore partnership opportunities. You will execute operational matters related to PancakeSwap products, implement best practices across the business development and wider teams, and monitor developments in crypto and DeFi to identify new business lines. You will be expected to work independently, communicate clearly with external teams, and perform under pressure in a fast paced environment.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in business development and/or corporate finance
- Solid understanding of the cryptocurrency space, especially DeFi
- Fluent in English (speak, read and write)
- Ability to hold effective conversations with project teams
- Proactive in keeping up with blockchain and crypto trends
- Strong attention to detail when analyzing projects
- Ability to work independently and innovate
- Ability to handle high pressure and a fast paced work environment
