Business Development Manager

About the Role

You will identify and secure strategic partnerships, manage relationships with founders, investors, and partners, and develop go-to-market plans for new products and initiatives. You will collaborate with product, engineering, and marketing to align partnership efforts with product roadmaps, represent the company at industry events, and monitor market trends to inform strategy.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in business development, partnerships, strategy, ecosystem, product, sales, or venture capital, ideally within crypto or Web3
  • Strong experience coordinating cross-functional teams and managing multiple stakeholders and workstreams
  • Deep understanding of the crypto and Web3 ecosystem, including market structure and key players
  • Proven track record of executing complex projects and/or closing commercial or strategic deals
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts
  • Strategic mindset combined with a hands-on, execution-oriented approach
  • Exceptional organizational skills and ability to manage multiple initiatives in parallel
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and passion for crypto, Web3, and decentralized technologies

  • Represent the company at conferences, meetups, and industry events
  • Monitor market trends and ecosystem dynamics to inform strategic decisions
