Business Development Manager Web3 Network Protocols
About the Role
You will identify and develop new business opportunities in the Web3 network protocols space. You will engage prospective partners, run meetings, prepare and submit grant applications, negotiate and close deals, and build long-term stakeholder relationships. You will analyze market trends and sales data to refine strategies, represent the organisation at industry events, and travel for client meetings as needed.
Requirements
- 2-3 years experience in business development, preferably in IT or tech services
- Strong curiosity and motivation to learn about the Web3 ecosystem
- Proven track record of building sustainable relationships with partners
- Comprehensive understanding of the sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure
- Ability to analyze complex data and refine sales strategies
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events
- Prior experience in Web3 considered an advantage
