Business Development Representative

About the Role

You will engage prospects across phone, email, and video to generate interest and qualify opportunities. You will build and maintain a sales pipeline, develop and iterate outbound campaigns, and partner with Sales to penetrate key accounts. You will support Sales Engineering with product demonstrations, maintain accurate activity records in HubSpot and Salesforce, and represent the company at trade shows and events. You should be prepared for some travel and continuous learning in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

  • Prior BDR or SDR experience within the technology sector
  • Experience building a pipeline by qualifying leads and developing opportunities
  • Initiative and drive to source new opportunities using tools like LinkedIn and Drift
  • Ability to quickly understand and pitch new products and technologies focusing on value proposition
  • Natural curiosity and eagerness to learn and adapt to change
  • Resilience and willingness to own failures
  • Proficient in English and Spanish
  • Availability for some travel
