About the Role

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in business operations, partner operations, compliance operations, or similar at a fintech, payments, or B2B SaaS company
• Meticulous attention to detail and exceptional written communication; ability to produce audit-ready responses
• Strong project management skills, owning timelines, driving cross-functional alignment, and meeting SLAs
• Familiarity with KYC, KYB, AML, information security controls, and vendor risk; comfortable with legal and compliance documentation
• Tool fluency with Google Workspace, spreadsheets, e-signature tools, ticketing tools (Linear), and ability to learn new systems quickly
• Experience with card issuing, payment networks, cross-border payments, or stablecoins (desirable)
• Experience building response libraries/knowledge bases and automating workflows (desirable)

Responsibilities

• Own completion, submission, and tracking of partner questionnaires, network forms, and vendor onboarding packets
• Manage signatures, evidence, and deadlines for onboarding materials
• Coordinate inputs across Legal, Compliance, Risk, Finance, Engineering, and Product and translate technical concepts into clear responses
• Build and maintain a single source of truth and improve templates to reduce cycle time and errors
• Build reporting and dashboards for pipeline, SLAs, blockers, and renewals and communicate status updates to stakeholders
• Support BizOps through process mapping, policy documentation, analyses, contract tracking, and ad-hoc projects
