Business Operations Lead
About the Role
You will map end-to-end workflows, identify bottlenecks, and redesign processes with clear SLAs, owners, controls, and documentation. You will build and ship automations integrating core tools and data, deprecate redundant steps, and measure impact. You will stand up BI and ops dashboards, run a cross-functional intake process, manage an automation roadmap, improve data quality and governance, and create playbooks and enablement materials so teams can self-serve.
Requirements
- 6–10+ years in BizOps or Strategy at a high-growth tech company
- Ownership of cross-functional process and tooling
- Proven track record delivering automations and measurable outcomes
- Systems thinking and program management; scope roadmaps with milestones and accountability
- Analytical skills with spreadsheets and comfort with SQL or equivalent
- Excellent written communication and stakeholder management
- Hands-on experience with no-code or low-code and integration tools (desirable)
- Experience applying AI or LLM tools to automate operations (desirable)
