About the Role
You will collaborate with multiple departments to identify and solve complex operational problems. You will develop strategies and drive execution, manage multiple cross-functional work streams, and act as a project manager to deliver results. You will design and implement processes, negotiate with vendors, build tooling, create presentations, and build financial and strategic models to inform decisions.
Requirements
- Graduated from a top-tier university globally
- 5+ years of experience in consulting investment banking or private equity
- Experience in fast-paced startup environments preferred
- Strong project management skills and hands-on execution
- Expertise in financial modeling and creating impactful presentations
- Highly organized with strong logical problem-solving skills
- Self-motivated and driven to deliver results
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Deep interest in technology and willingness to learn about cryptocurrencies
