About the Role
You will help build out a new Munich office by owning end-to-end recruiting: partner with leadership to design and implement hiring processes and programs, drive sourcing for technical and non-technical roles, and deliver a welcoming candidate experience. You will build reporting in the ATS, support headcount planning and budgeting, and prioritize execution of hiring plans.
Requirements
- 5+ years of full cycle recruiting experience
- Full lifecycle recruiting experience at a technology or software startup
- Proven ability to source and hire technical talent
- Strong data literacy and use of data to influence hiring decisions
- Ability to prioritize and execute hiring plans
- Experience partnering strategically with business stakeholders
- Commitment to building inclusive and diverse teams
Responsibilities
- Partner with leadership to build and implement hiring processes and programs

- Drive sourcing initiatives for assigned business functions
- Provide a welcoming and delightful candidate experience
- Build and maintain recruitment reporting in the ATS
- Support headcount planning and budgeting exercises
