Capital Markets / Investor Relations Lead
About the Role
You will act as the strategic connector to investors — VCs, institutions, token holders, and analysts. You will craft clear, grounded investor narratives that align to product roadmaps. You will own quarterly investor updates, earnings decks, token insights, IR calls, and fireside chats. You will create and maintain pitch decks, fact packs, financial models, and ecosystem maps. You will monitor macro crypto markets and synthesize what matters for investors. You will respond to inbound investor questions and support due diligence. You will collaborate across Product, Engineering, Finance, and Marketing to ensure external communications match internal work.
Requirements
- Experience in investor relations investment banking or equity research or adjacent fields
- Ability to translate complex technical and economic ideas into investor ready narratives
- Experience building financial models and owning metrics
- Strong written communication and confident presenting skills
- Familiarity with blockchain concepts or willingness to learn
- Experience working across teams and in fast moving 0→1 environments
