About the Role
You will support sales efforts and monitor key performance indicators, motivate and manage the local team, engage with the Board of Directors, and ensure compliance with local, state and federal regulations. This position is currently part time and may convert to permanent employment.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of compliance and managerial experience
- Bachelor's Degree
- Industry knowledge of crypto asset
- Fluent in Lithuanian
- Lithuanian citizen
