Chief Commercial Officer
About the Role
In this role, you will drive revenue growth and profitability across all business lines and manage growth investment budgets. You will develop and execute growth strategies for the CloudTechX, CobWeb Pay, and CloudTech Custody platforms, driving market expansion and identifying new revenue opportunities globally. You will design customer acquisition strategies, lead M&A opportunities, and ensure cross-platform operational alignment and efficiency. Additionally, you will oversee competitive analysis, establish and monitor growth KPIs, and drive digital transformation initiatives to enhance the customer experience.
Requirements
- Minimum 12-15 years in senior commercial roles with 5+ years at C-suite/VP level, driving revenue growth of $50M+ annually across multi-platform business portfolios
- Deep background in fintech, financial services, or digital assets with proven experience in payment processing, custody services, and regulatory compliance across multiple jurisdictions
- Demonstrated success developing and executing comprehensive growth strategies, managing M&A opportunities, and building strategic partnerships with financial institutions and technology providers
- Extensive experience in customer segmentation, go-to-market strategy development, and revenue optimisation across both institutional and retail segments in complex B2B/B2C environments
- Proven track record of international business development, market entry strategies, and scaling operations across diverse geographic markets and regulatory environments
- Strong background managing cross-functional teams, implementing digital transformation initiatives, and maintaining P&L accountability for business units with measurable KPI performance
- Experience navigating complex regulatory landscapes, engaging with compliance teams and regulatory bodies, and representing organisations in industry forums with exceptional communication skills
