Chief Financial Officer
About the Role
You will lead the company's financial engine, managing large-scale liquidity and optimizing high-volume revenue streams. You will oversee treasury, custody, and yield strategies for fiat and digital assets, integrate crypto payment and exchange flows on Solana, and drive real-time risk mitigation. You will own global regulatory and tax strategy, build institutional-grade financial controls and reporting, maintain relationships with banks and exchanges, and recruit and lead a high-performing finance team. Expect to perform hands-on reconciliation and modeling alongside strategic planning.
Requirements
- 10+ years in finance experience
- 3+ years in a senior leadership role within high-volume crypto environments
- Deep knowledge of the Solana ecosystem and digital asset management
- Experience with high-frequency social or trading platform transaction lifecycles
- Strong regulatory and tax expertise for token and social finance models
- Proven ability to perform manual reconciliation and build financial models
- Negotiation skills with financial service providers and vendors
- Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting; MBA or CPA is a plus

- Implement financial controls and reporting structures
