Chief of Staff

About the Role

You will partner closely with executive leadership to translate high-level strategy into clear action plans and measurable outcomes. You will prepare briefings, analyses, and decision materials; design and maintain operating rhythms, planning cycles, and project trackers; and lead cross-functional initiatives from concept to execution. You will identify organizational gaps and implement process improvements, serve as a central hub for information flow and alignment, cultivate strong stakeholder relationships, and lead high-visibility special projects with autonomy and discretion. This role requires a strong on-site presence in New York City to work closely with executives.

Requirements

  • Professional experience in operations, strategy, investment banking, consulting, or similar roles
  • Experience working closely with C-suite executives, founders, or senior leadership
  • Strong analytical capabilities and comfort with complex, ambiguous problems
  • Exceptional organizational skills and operational rigor
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver under pressure
  • Highly resourceful, motivated, and responsive when urgency demands
