Chief Of Staff
About the Role
You will partner directly with executive leadership to translate high-level strategy into clear action plans and measurable outcomes. You will prepare briefings, analyses, and decision materials, design and maintain operating rhythms, and lead cross-functional initiatives from concept to execution. You will identify organizational gaps, address process inefficiencies and risks, and implement proactive solutions. You will centralize information flow, communicate priorities across teams, cultivate strong stakeholder relationships, and lead high-visibility special projects with autonomy and discretion. This role requires a strong on-site presence in New York City to work closely with the executive team.
Requirements
- Professional experience in operations, strategy, investment banking, consulting, or similar execution-focused roles
- Experience working closely with C-suite executives, founders, or senior leadership in high-growth environments
- Strong analytical capabilities and comfort with complex, ambiguous problems
- Exceptional organizational skills and operational rigor
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver under pressure
- Highly resourceful and motivated; comfortable being responsive when urgency demands
- Extremely organized, process-oriented, and bias toward action
- Positive, proactive, low-ego collaborator who thrives in startup and scaling environments
