About the Role
You will develop and implement operational and marketing strategies to optimize performance and increase adoption. You will lead and mentor cross-functional teams, set and monitor KPIs, manage budgets and forecasts, oversee risk management and compliance, and evaluate and integrate technology solutions to improve efficiency. You will also promote the brand and drive community engagement through targeted communications.
Requirements
- Native or bilingual proficiency in English
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field
- Proven experience in marketing with a focus on blockchain technology and cryptocurrency
- Strong knowledge of the crypto industry including market trends, competitors, and regulations
- Exceptional leadership and management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

- Crypto native or DeFi experience is a plus
