Client Facing Account Manager Growth Analyst
About the Role
You will lead client-facing activities to drive campaign execution and measurable growth. You will run client meetings and produce minutes to track actions, coordinate project tasks, monitor campaign KPIs, and gather analytical insights. You will conduct market research, support business development efforts, and ensure content aligns with branding and communication guidelines. You will collaborate with BD and Communications to define and implement growth strategies and ensure necessary resources are available to execute campaigns effectively. You will deepen your Web3, DeFi, and NFT knowledge and apply protocol experience to optimize campaign outcomes.
Requirements
- Proven experience in marketing strategy and growth for technical products or services
- Experience working on protocol-type product growth and partnerships in Web3 preferred
- Strong understanding of Web3, decentralized communication, DeFi, and NFT market trends
- Knowledge of developer relations and business development practices
- Familiarity with market research methodologies
- Proficiency in collecting, analyzing, and interpreting user acquisition, engagement, and retention data for B2B or developer-facing products
- Familiarity with communication and branding guidelines
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Passion for blockchain and decentralized technologies with a solid technical understanding
