Commercial Counsel
About the Role
You will own and drive all contract-related legal matters. You will draft review and negotiate commercial agreements and NDAs with clients partners and vendors. You will build scalable templates playbooks and processes and oversee vendor onboarding including KYB and due diligence. You will advise internal stakeholders on contract risks obligations and compliance with data protection financial and crypto regulations and collaborate with external counsel to manage legal workflows and help close deals efficiently while balancing legal risk with business priorities.
Requirements
- 5+ years experience in commercial or contracts law preferably in-house
- Admitted to practice law in France EU or US (multi-jurisdictional expertise a plus)
- Strong track record drafting and negotiating complex B2B commercial agreements
- Familiarity with SaaS fintech or blockchain contracts preferred
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Pragmatic mindset with ability to balance speed risk and business priorities
- Fluent in English; French is a plus

- Draft review and negotiate commercial contracts including SaaS agreements NDAs MSAs DPAs partnership and vendor contracts
- Support sales and product teams to facilitate deal flow and business growth
- Oversee vendor onboarding including conducting KYB and due diligence checks
- Develop and maintain playbooks templates and scalable contract processes
- Advise internal stakeholders on contract risks obligations and compliance
- Ensure alignment with data protection financial and crypto regulatory frameworks
- Collaborate with external counsel and manage legal workflows efficiently
