Commercial Lead
About the Role
You will be deployed to the most important problems across business development, customer growth, partnerships, and operations. You will design and stand up repeatable commercial motions, own outcomes end to end, build decision frameworks and scorecards, run pilot programs and turn them into playbooks, create operating rhythms for planning and reviews, operationalise product launches with clear messaging and sales collateral, and measure, test and iterate to remove blockers and scale what works.
Requirements
- 2 to 3 years in top tier strategy consulting or equivalent high bar environments
- Strong bias to action and comfort with ambiguity with focus on tangible outcomes
- Commercial fluency across pipeline, conversion, and lifetime value and ability to turn data into decisions
- Excellent communication skills to win trust with executives and customers in writing and in person
- Proven ability to influence without formal authority and align multiple stakeholders
Responsibilities
- Set the strategy for new go to market motions in priority segments
- Build decision frameworks and scorecards to guide investment and prioritisation
- Lead pilot programs from zero to one and prove impact with clear metrics
- Turn pilot learnings into repeatable playbooks and motions
- Create the operating rhythm across commercial teams with planning, reviews, and retrospectives
- Operationalise new product launches with messaging, sales collateral, and training for commercial teams
- Measure impact, test and iterate, remove blockers, and scale successful motions
