About the Role

You will manage and grow revenue from established institutional clients, executing trades and coordinating closely with accounting, customer support, and compliance. You will track client feedback and recommend product improvements, maintain accurate records, follow risk management and exposure limits, and handle high-pressure situations while prioritizing tasks independently.

Requirements

  • Fluent in French and English
  • Minimum 3 years experience in B2B technology or financial services relationship management
  • Entrepreneurial mindset
  • Ability to communicate cross-functionally with Accounting Customer Support Compliance and other teams
  • Proactive results driven approach
  • Ability to work independently and execute tasks from broad objectives
  • Capacity to assist with day to day operations for their manager
  • Time management and organisational skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise workload
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to work under pressure particularly during high demand or threat situations
