Communications Lead, South Cone
About the Role
You will develop and execute tailored communication plans for Argentina and Chile, craft clear messaging, and manage media relations. You will respond to crises and create protocols to protect reputation. You will collaborate with cross-functional partners, supervise external agencies, and oversee content and media monitoring to measure impact.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in communications
- Fluency in written and spoken English and Spanish
- Experience operating in a hybrid collaborative fast paced environment across time zones
- Proven media relations and agency management experience
- Strong creative and analytical problem solving skills
- Proactive approach and effective prioritization for time sensitive projects
- Experience in global tech or startup environments; crypto blockchain web3 is a plus
- Proven ability to drive results and create transformational impact
