Community Focused Product Manager
About the Role
You will maintain close communication with internal and external stakeholders to convey product and technology progress. You will monitor community platforms, especially Discord, to capture real user voices and synthesize actionable insights. You will propose product improvements from a user's perspective, define product direction for DEX features, and identify potential issues across multiple dimensions. You will use your blockchain and Web3 knowledge to inform product strategy and prioritize features based on community needs and data.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of product management experience in the blockchain field
- Extensive experience using DEX products
- Web3 native background and deep industry understanding
- Fluent English with excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Discord and community management tools
- Strong analysis and decision-making skills
- Proactive and responsible work attitude with ability to solve problems independently
