Community Lead
About the Role
You will build and nurture a global community across social channels. You will regularly update and engage on Twitter, Discord, and Telegram, organize and run community events, lead discussions and meme-driven engagement, identify and elevate key contributors, reward positive behaviour, and coordinate community projects to meet deadlines. You will keep up with web3 trends and adapt growth strategies accordingly.
Requirements
- History of leading and expanding community projects within Layer 1 blockchains, DeFi protocols, or NFT ecosystems
- Demonstrated leadership in managing web3 communities
- Proven success executing community growth strategies
- In-depth knowledge of Nibiru's blockchain tech stack, ecosystem stakeholders, and projects
- Project coordination skills and ability to meet deadlines
- Understanding of current web3 trends and dynamics
