Community Lead
About the Role
You will own the community strategy end-to-end and shape how users, developers, and advocates engage with the protocol. You will design and execute initiatives to drive engagement, education, and evangelism; grow and empower on-chain users; manage and scale online communities across Discord, X, and Telegram; run campaigns; organize digital and IRL events and AMAs; create content initiatives; and generate clarity, energy, and momentum within decentralized groups.
Requirements
- 3+ years experience in community marketing or ecosystem roles in crypto or web3
- Deep familiarity with crypto culture DeFi and major ecosystems (EVM and Solana)
- Proven success managing and growing online communities (Discord X Telegram)
- Experience running campaigns and cultivating grassroots advocates
- Experience organizing digital and IRL community events and AMAs
- Excellent communication skills
- Passion for protocol infrastructure DeFi education and user experience
