Community Manager
About the Role
You will monitor and moderate online community channels, respond to user inquiries, and de-escalate conflicts to maintain a positive atmosphere. You will design and execute community engagement strategies, coordinate community events and AMAs, produce community-focused content, and mentor moderators. You will adapt tactics to changing market conditions and feedback, communicate transparently with members, and collaborate with growth and product stakeholders to align community initiatives with ongoing developments.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a community manager within crypto and Web3
- Active use of crypto wallets and participation in DeFi or NFT projects
- Experience hosting online events such as AMAs or webinars
- Strong conflict resolution and de-escalation skills
- High emotional intelligence and strong communication skills
- Experience managing communities across Discord Telegram Reddit and Twitter
- Ability to use humor and memes to engage crypto communities
- Portfolio of previous Web3 work (applications without a portfolio link will not be answered)

- Preferred strong understanding of crypto markets and ability to create viral content
