Community Manager
About the Role
You will lead and oversee all aspects of the Korean blockchain community, driving engagement and sustained growth. You will develop and execute localized content strategies, produce and edit high-quality Korean content, and manage corporate channels such as LinkedIn. You will build and maintain relationships with developer communities, KOLs, and ecosystem partners, plan and host AMAs and online activities, and collect and analyze user feedback and community data to optimize operations.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Web3, blockchain, or related community or operations roles
- Experience developing and executing community growth strategies from a B2B company perspective (preferred)
- Experience managing corporate LinkedIn accounts (plus)
- Strong capabilities in content planning, creation, and editing with ability to independently produce high-quality localized content
- Excellent cross-cultural communication skills and strong collaboration abilities
- Native-level Korean proficiency and business-level English communication skills
