Community Manager (English speaking)
About the Role
You will inspire, support and educate English-speaking community members and developers. You will discover and track promising blockchain project leads, engage KOLs, operate local online communities, provide developer support, and plan offline events like seminars and hackathons. You will monitor community metrics and adjust strategies to boost participation.
Requirements
- 3+ years of relevant work experience in web3 and marketing
- Deep understanding of blockchain technology and cryptocurrency
- Project management and lead discovery abilities
- Experience in social media and community management (Telegram, Twitter, Facebook)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Data analysis skills for community performance and trends
- Experience organizing and executing offline events
- High stress resistance
- English language proficiency
Responsibilities
