Community Manager
About the Role
You will foster and grow the community across social media and forums, organize and host virtual events, AMAs, and webinars to educate and engage users, and monitor community feedback and trends to provide actionable insights that guide product and marketing strategies. You will work onsite full-time in Palo Alto and be available for occasional off-hour emergencies. You should have relevant work experience and strong communication and people skills.
Requirements
- 3 years of work experience
- At least 1 year of blockchain experience
- Work onsite full-time five days per week in Palo Alto, California
- Available for off-hour emergencies
- Exceptional communication and people skills
