Community Manager
About the Role
As our founding Community Manager, you will help build a great community experience. You will be critical to our engagement strategy as our first community-centered hire. You will liaison between the team and our users, cultivating relationships with key influences in the crypto space.
Requirements
- Experience in managing a Discord community with over 10K members
- Direct experience in Discord management: integrating bots, generating server programming, detecting spam, and moderating content
- Proven written and oral communication skills
- Ability to manage large audiences and grow online communities
- A working knowledge of crypto culture
- Demonstrated graphic design and photo editing ability
- Ability to learn and adapt to the ever-changing trends in web3
- Active in the crypto community with a Twitter following or similar social media presence (Bonus)
- Fluency in promoting or generating memes (Bonus)
