Community Manager
About the Role
As the founding Community Manager, you will be instrumental in building a great community experience. You will be a critical part of the engagement strategy, acting as the liaison between the team and users, and cultivating relationships with key influencers in the crypto space.
Requirements
- Experience in managing a Discord community with over 10K members.
- Direct experience in Discord management: integrating bots, generating server programming, detecting spam, and moderating content.
- Proven written and oral communication skills.
- Ability to manage large audiences and grow online communities.
- A working knowledge of crypto culture.
- Demonstrated graphic design and photo editing ability.
- Excited to learn and adapt to the ever-changing trends in web3.
- Active in the crypto community with a Twitter following or similar social media presence (Bonus).
- Fluency in promoting or generating memes (Bonus).
