Community Manager
About the Role
You will build and manage an engaged online community, own Discord operations, integrate and maintain bots, program server features, detect and moderate spam and harmful content, create high-quality branded graphics and visual content, grow large audiences, and cultivate relationships with key crypto influencers.
Requirements
- Experience managing a Discord community with over 10K members
- Direct experience with Discord management including bot integration, server programming, spam detection, and content moderation
- Proven written and oral communication skills
- Ability to manage large audiences and grow online communities
- Working knowledge of crypto culture
- Graphic design and photo editing ability
- Eye for detail and strong organizational skills
- Excited to learn and adapt to evolving web3 trends
- Bonus: active in the crypto community with a social media following
- Bonus: fluency in meme creation and crypto cultural trends
