Community Manager
About the Role
You will organize and participate in community events, AMAs, discussions, and interactive activities to foster engagement. You will develop and execute growth strategies across Discord, Telegram, and Reddit to increase participation. You will monitor community platforms, respond to comments and concerns in real time, and uphold community guidelines. You will identify and mitigate security risks such as phishing and scams and manage access issues. You will collect community feedback and communicate insights to internal teams to inform product, marketing, and content decisions. You will manage projects to ensure clear and fluid communication across stakeholders and thrive in a fast paced start-up environment.
Requirements
- 2-3 years experience in community management, ideally within web3, blockchain, or tech sectors
- Strong understanding of web3 technologies, blockchain, NFTs, and cryptocurrency culture
- Proven track record in building, growing, and maintaining engaged online communities with focus on security
- Experience implementing security best practices and managing community risks
- Enthusiasm for the web3 space and commitment to educating and engaging the community
- Strong project management capabilities and ability to ensure clear communication
- Ability to thrive in a fast paced early-stage start-up environment
Responsibilities

- Manage and mitigate community security risks including phishing, scams, and unauthorized access
- Collect and relay community feedback to internal teams to inform product, marketing, and content
