Community Manager
About the Role
You will engage and grow vibrant communities across Discord, Telegram, and Twitter. You will create and share content such as blog posts, updates, and newsletters, moderate discussions, address conflicts, and maintain a respectful environment. You will plan and run events like AMAs and workshops, collect community feedback and communicate insights to the project team, build relationships with members, influencers and partners, and develop strategies to attract and retain new members.
Requirements
- Strong understanding of web3 technologies, blockchain, and cryptocurrencies
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Proven experience in community management, preferably in web3 or blockchain
- Familiarity with community management tools and platforms
- Ability to empathize with community members and address their concerns effectively
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Experience in content creation and social media management
- Knowledge of marketing and growth strategies for online communities
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast paced, decentralized environment
- Fluency in Chinese, Korean, Thai, or Portuguese (Brazil) is encouraged
- Experience growing communities within the Cosmos or Solana ecosystems is a plus
