Community Manager
About the Role
You will build, grow, and manage communities across Telegram, Discord, and Twitter. You will onboard, support, and mentor mappers, respond to member questions, and foster ongoing engagement. You will identify and develop partnerships, collaborate with influencers and external teams, create on-brand social content, and run AMAs, quests, and community calls. You will analyze community metrics, relay feedback to product and marketing, and stay current on blockchain and Web3 trends.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Community Manager, Social Media Manager, or Growth Manager, preferably in blockchain or Web3
- Proven experience managing and growing communities on Discord, Telegram, or Twitter
- Strong understanding of blockchain technology, cryptocurrency culture, and the Web3 ecosystem
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English
- Demonstrated ability to grow and engage online communities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced remote environment and manage multiple priorities
- Familiarity with Web3 marketing tools and growth strategies
Responsibilities

- Analyze community metrics to measure growth, retention, and satisfaction
- Gather and relay community feedback to product and marketing teams
- Monitor crypto and Web3 trends to inform content and campaigns
