Community Manager

About the Role

You will grow and manage communities across Telegram, Discord, and Twitter. You will onboard, support, and mentor mappers to increase participation. You will engage directly with members, respond to questions and feedback, and gather community insights. You will identify and develop partnerships with crypto projects and influencers, create on-brand social media content, plan and run AMAs, quests, and community calls, and analyze metrics to inform product and marketing strategies.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Community Manager Social Media Manager or Growth Manager
  • Proven experience managing and growing communities on Discord Telegram and Twitter
  • Strong understanding of blockchain cryptocurrency culture and the Web3 ecosystem
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Demonstrated ability to grow and engage online communities
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced remote environment and manage multiple priorities
  • Familiarity with Web3 marketing tools and growth strategies

Responsibilities
