Community Manager (Spanish speaking)
About the Role
You will explore and track new blockchain project leads, identify and build relationships with key opinion leaders, and manage local online communities including Telegram and forums. You will provide technical support and resources to developers, organize offline events such as seminars and hackathons, maintain volunteer relationships, and implement localized marketing strategies. You will produce regular project updates, answer community queries, and analyze community data to improve engagement.
Requirements
- 3+ years relevant work experience in web3 and marketing
- Deep understanding of blockchain and cryptocurrency
- Project management and lead discovery abilities
- Extensive experience in social media and community management (Telegram, Twitter, Facebook)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong data analysis skills
- Experience organizing and executing offline events
- High stress resistance
- Fluency in English and Spanish
