Community Moderator

About the Role

You will actively monitor and engage with users across social media, forums, and community channels. You will enforce community guidelines, mediate conflicts, and resolve disputes. You will respond to user inquiries and escalate issues when necessary. You will create and curate content, gather user feedback, coordinate events and AMAs, and produce regular reports on community activity and sentiment.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in community moderation or customer support
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Conflict resolution and mediation skills
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and community management tools
  • Interest and knowledge in blockchain and cryptocurrencies
  • Organisational and multitasking skills
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
