Community Support Specialist (Part Time)
About the Role
You will grow and maintain a strong technical support presence for developers building with thirdweb. You will monitor and respond across social channels, provide code level troubleshooting, create technical content to resolve common issues, run AMAs and workshops, operate Discord automation, and escalate product feedback to engineering.
Requirements
- Knowledge of TypeScript
- Knowledge of React
- Knowledge of Solidity
- Experience building with SDKs
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proven self starter and end to end problem solver
- Experience moderating and supporting online communities
- Highly organized with a passion for teaching
- Familiarity with web3 concepts and crypto
Responsibilities
- Cultivate a welcoming environment for community members and newcomers
- Constantly monitor social channels including Discord, Twitter, YouTube, and LinkedIn
- Respond to questions and concerns directly or in collaboration with the community team
- Provide technical support for code related issues
- Create technical content and guides to solve repeatable troubleshooting issues
- Participate in and run community events such as AMAs and workshops
- Demonstrate ownership, attention to detail, and collaborative problem solving
- Manage and operate Discord bots and automated community features
- Represent the voice of the community to engineering and product and advocate for enabling features and content
