Compliance Admin Intern

About the Role

You will provide administrative and notary services one day per week on-site in Miami and support compliance operations for the remainder of the week. You will manage and organize compliance documentation, maintain accurate records and filing systems, assist with transaction monitoring and the preparation and submission of regulatory filings, conduct research on regulatory developments, help update internal compliance policies and procedures, and coordinate with other departments to ensure adherence to regulations. You may receive training and fees for Florida notary certification.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Finance Law Business Administration or a related field
  • Strong interest in fintech and cryptocurrency
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Word Excel PowerPoint
  • On-site presence one day per week in Miami
  • Notary Public certification in Florida preferred or willingness to obtain certification
