Compliance Admin

About the Role

You will provide administrative support for compliance operations, including performing notary services once certified and assisting with preparation, review, and filing of compliance documents. You will monitor and update compliance records, track regulatory changes affecting fintech and cryptocurrency, and communicate updates to relevant teams. You will collaborate across departments and work one day per week on-site in Miami while performing other duties remotely during your part-time schedule.

Requirements

  • Notary Public certification in the state of Florida or willingness to obtain certification
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Familiarity with compliance management software
  • Must be based in or willing to relocate to Miami, Florida
  • Ability to be on-site one day per week
  • Available for part-time hours (approximately 10-20 hours per week)

Responsibilities
