Compliance Manager
About the Role
You will develop and implement compliance policies and procedures to ensure legal and regulatory adherence. You will conduct KYC and AML risk assessments and implement mitigation plans. You will monitor compliance, investigate incidents, report to senior management and regulators, maintain compliance records and liaise with auditors and regulators.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Law Business Administration or relevant field
- ACAMS ICA or CFE certification preferred
- Minimum 5 years experience in AML KYC or general compliance within a Bank or relevant FinTech company
- Knowledge of business operations of Money Services Businesses Casinos NGOs and cryptocurrency related businesses
- Strong knowledge of industry processes and regulations
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
- Analytical mindset with excellent organizational skills
