Content & Community Executive
About the Role
You will create high-impact crypto announcements and social posts, write viral Twitter/X threads, and cultivate an active DeFi community. You will manage moderators, deploy and maintain community bots, engage directly with traders and influencers, and prioritize rapid execution in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year full-time onchain (crypto) work experience
- Deep DeFi knowledge and familiarity with APY and APR
- Active Twitter/X account with 500+ followers
- Impeccable written and spoken English
- Prior participation in DAO governance is a plus
- No part-timers, agencies, or recruiters
Responsibilities
- Create engaging crypto content and announcements
- Write high-engagement Twitter/X threads
- Build and grow the community across social channels
- Manage and coordinate community moderators
- Deploy and maintain community bots
- Engage with users including traders and influencers on X
- Monitor and analyze community metrics and iterate on strategy
- Prioritize and execute tasks in a fast-paced environment
