Content Marketing Manager
About the Role
You will create compelling technical copy and imaginative content, own the strategy and delivery of content initiatives, and execute a content plan that moves prospects from awareness to demand. You will manage the full content lifecycle — planning, authoring, editing, testing, and iterating — and optimize content for SEO and SEM. You will research Web3 and industry trends and collaborate cross-functionally to ensure consistent, measurable content performance.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in media-facing content writing, brand storytelling, or technical writing
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Sound knowledge of web3, blockchain technology, gaming, cryptocurrency, DeFi, NFTs
- Proven ability to excel in high-stress and fast-paced environments
- Excellent organization and time management skills
- Great attention to detail and flexibility in urgent requests
- Exceptional editorial, communication, and project management skills
- Collaborative spirit that thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- Strong analytical abilities and a keen eye for detail
- Self-motivated drive to continuously improve and innovate
Responsibilities
- Develop content marketing strategy
- Manage content lifecycle including planning, authoring, editing, testing, and improvement
- Create messaging and storytelling for blog content, copy, bylines, newsletters, and media alerts
- Support SEO and SEM by planning and optimizing content around target keywords
- Research Web3 space, social media trends, platform updates, and industry best practices
