About the Role
You will prepare the daily lunch menu, develop recipe ideas and plan the daily offerings. You will purchase goods from regional suppliers, monitor and maintain hygiene standards, and work independently to ensure consistent meal quality. You will follow kitchen procedures and handle food safely.
Requirements
- Experience in gastronomy or kitchen advantageous
- Knowledge of German cuisine advantageous
- Knowledge of Mediterranean cuisine advantageous
- Ability to work independently
